Diagnostics Fee: £10 - base fee for providing a detailed assessment and diagnosis of faults and issues present in a laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation.

Screen Replacement: £50-£200 - installation of replacement screen to your laptop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on screen size, resolution, type and availability).
Keyboard Repair/Replacement: £50-£150 - repair or replacement of damaged keyboard in your laptop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on keyboard type, required parts, availability and device complexity).
RAM Replacement: £30-£200+ - installation and setup of replacement RAM modules to your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on RAM type, capacity, speed, no. of modules and availability).
Motherboard Replacement: £80-£350+ - installation and setup of replacement motherboard to your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on availability and market price of motherboard, as well as device complexity).
HDD/SSD Replacement: £40-£200+ - installation and setup of replacement HDD/SSD drives to your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on HDD/SSD type, capacity, speed, no. of units, type and availability).
Battery Replacement: £30-£100 - installation of replacement battery to your laptop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on battery capacity and availability).
Charging Port Replacement: £60-£100 - installation of replacement charging port to your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on wattage requirements, availability and device complexity).
Power Supply Unit (PSU) Replacement: £80-£200 - installation of replacement power supply unit to your desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on availability and device complexity).
Fan Replacement: £50-£120 - installation of replacement fans to your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent on availability and device complexity).
Internal Dust & Debris Cleaning: £40-£60 - thorough cleaning of all internal components in your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation, including the replacement of thermal compound/pads where required to improve system operation and thermals.
Liquid Damage Repair: N/A - water damage can vary in severity, sometimes requiring a simple individual part replacement, other times requiring more extensive repairs and replacements.
Virus & Malware Removal
Virus & Malware Removal: £40-£100 - identification and removal of any viruses or malware present on your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation, as well as future virus and malware protection/preventative measures.
System Security Evaluation: £20-£40 - detailed evaluation of your system, including a full system scan for viruses, malware and potentially harmful files or insecure applications, as well as recommendations to improve system security.
Software Troubleshooting
Operating System Reinstallation: £40-£60 - full operating system reinstall, including restoration of all user documents and applications (necessary in the case of corrupted operating system files).
Software & Driver Troubleshooting: £30-£60 - identification and resolution of troublesome software or drivers on your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation.
Wi-Fi & Connectivity Troubleshooting: £30-£80 - setup or restoration of system connectivity, including Wi-Fi network connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity, mobile network connectivity, etc... (not including replacement parts).
System Maintenance
System Performance Tune-Up: £40-£60 - thorough system performance optimisation to improve overall system responsiveness, boot-up times, application load times, battery life, etc...
System Maintenance M.O.T.: £30-£60 - full system maintenance service that includes a full system clean-up, unwanted file/application removal, restoration of system performance and identification of harmful applications or hardware faults.
Storage Setup, Optimisation & Security : £30-£140 - initial setup of additional or replacement storage drives, as well as optimisation and drive health check for maximum performance, redundancy or security.
System Upgrades
RAM Upgrade: £40-£100+ - installation and setup of additional/replacement RAM modules to your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation (price dependent based on RAM type, capacity, speed and no. of modules).
HDD to SSD Upgrade: £60-£300 - installation and setup of new SSD drive(s) in your laptop, desktop or all-in-one workstation and transferral of operating system, user data and applications (price dependent on SSD type, capacity and speed).
Graphics Card (GPU) Upgrade: £30-£100 - installation and setup of new graphics card for your desktop, including initial evaluation of graphics card compatibility (does not include cost of new GPU, typically £150-£1000+).
Processor (CPU) Upgrade: £50-£100 - installation and setup of new processor for your desktop, including initial evaluation of processor compatibility and cooling requirements (does not include cost of new CPU, typically £100-£500+).
Motherboard Upgrade: £50-£150 - installation and setup of new motherboard for your desktop, including initial evaluation of compatibility and post-installation cable management (does not include cost of new motherboard, typically £100-£300).
